Being assigned to referee the very first NHL Exhibition Series in Japan. [Tokyo and Sapporo - with Washington and Kansas City] Along with Christinson and Bozak.
Several Russian games were fun too!

Memorable Games/Moments:
My second ever NHL playoff game in Boston Gardens with Toronto. Toronto won in overtime on a Dave Keon breakaway goal that was inches from being offside. - My call ! Thank goodness I got it right.
