Referee Watson to reach this milestone tonight in Denver
Tonight in Denver, Brad Watson will be working his 1000th NHL regular season game when the Toronto Maple Leafs visits the Colorado Avalanche at the Pepsi Center. Mike Leggo, Lonnie Cameron and Mark Wheler will be working this special game with Brad.
The native of Regina, Saskatchewan was hired by the NHL in 1993 and made his debut in the NHL on March 7, 1996 when the Ottawa Senators visited the Pittsburgh Penguins at the old igloo arena.
